A comprehensive safety manual, documented safety audits and meetings are conducted on a monthly basis. The meetings and training cover a list of more than 25 areas. Each year, the company holds mandatory safety training sessions for all employees, where safety policies and procedures are emphasized, accidents and near-misses are discussed, and lost-time accidents are reviewed. During the event, safety awards are provided to the top performers within the company, and this recognition has created a sense of pride for our employees. The company’s managing partners are actively involved in the training and awards programs.

As important from an economic standpoint, a superior safety record results in lower insurance costs, which translates into more competitive costs for you – our valued customers.
