David M. Bianchi
Managing Partner
Dave began his career with Bianchi in 1980, and has managed and coordinated hundreds of demolition and environmental remediation projects throughout the United States since joining the company. Throughout his 27-year career, David has gained extensive experience in recycling construction and demolition debris.
Trained and certified in asbestos and lead abatement and disposal, David also is recognized as an industry leader on environmental remediation, regulatory and workplace safety issues. As a managing partner, David has hands-on experience in labor, insurance and bonding negotiations. |

William P. Bianchi
Managing Partner
Bill began his career with Bianchi in 1978. He has managed and coordinated hundreds of demolition and environmental projects for the company around the country. With 29 years of experience, Bill serves as the on-site liaison between the project managers and the clients.
Trained and certified in asbestos and lead abatement and disposal, Bill also has completed OSHA’s Construction Safety certification program, and specializes in job site worker safety. As a managing partner, Bill specializes in estimating and formulating strategy for Bianchi’s largest projects, and he oversees much of the company’s regulatory compliance work. |

John Thanasides
Southeast Regional Manager
John has 20 years of construction experience and is
a licensed contractor in Florida and Georgia. He has received
extensive training in hazardous materials and asbestos
removal. John has planned and supervised the opening of
$10M office facilities and worked as project manager on
environmental services projects, including a $100M RCRA
site redevelopment project.
John is based in Dade City, Florida, an expanded office
location for Bianchi.

Licensing
Bianchi currently holds applicable licenses, certifications, permits, and other authorization required to operate nationwide. For projects outside of these states, we are proactive, adept, and highly efficient in obtaining necessary credentials to handle your project.
